An armed and dangerous suspect is on the loose. The Minnesota B-C-A warned the public Sunday that the suspect’s location was unknown following a shooting in Otter Tail County. The shooting took place just after 2:00 P-M Sunday in Pelican Rapids. The suspect, was last seen driving a black 2011 Toyota Tundra, Minnesota license plate 1-0-9-2-C-D.
Anyone who sees him should keep their distance and call 9-1-1
