This is your chance to give a birthday or anniversary shout out to someone special! Please fill out the form at least 4 days in advance. On Fridays we will randomly select a birthday club member from the week to receive a DQ Ice Cream Cake from the Dairy Queen South in Alexandria! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
