southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin:

Snow will continue early this morning and taper off toward dawn in
Minnesota and mid morning in Wisconsin. Consult the Winter

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Another round of widespread snow arrives Saturday into Sunday,
alongside gusty winds. Several inches of accumulation are
possible. Consult the Winter Storm Watch for more information.


Spotters and snowfall observers are encouraged to report snowfall
amounts to the National Weather Service.

WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING... ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 6 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Minnesota. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST early this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
