The statewide manhunt has been canceled for 58-year-old Ralph Leslie Apmann. He had missed court for murder charges. Apmann was found was found dead Friday night at Boom Island Park in Minneapolis. The circumstances of his death are under investigation. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of Apmann’s death.
